Job Summary

The Technical Product Manager will be part of the Global Customer Support organization, focusing on solutions developed by Roche Information Solutions (RIS) for the Clinical and Patient Insights area. This role will be accountable for delivering high-quality support and services to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business results and customer value.
  • Lead and empower product squads to advance the work of the network, breaking down silos and making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable the organization's New Ways of Working.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, Computer Science, or Clinical Biochemistry.
  • At least 35 years of experience in providing customer services, including support, implementation, and training.
  • Proven experience working in or with healthcare providers, ideally within the Roche business.
  • Strong technical skills, including advanced troubleshooting, system administration, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks of broad scope with minimal guidance or supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with managing in a matrix organization and technical product management.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration and networking.
  • Supporting APIs, HL7, and FHIR for exchanging electronic health records.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
