Job Opportunity

We are in search of a Senior Product Owner to guide the development and launch of our new product, integrating it with our data and insights platform within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Sprint planning sessions with the development team.
  • Organize refinement meetings to prepare for upcoming Sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with the Business Product Manager to address customer requests and prioritize the discovery backlog.
  • Communicate priority features and enablers to the development team to gather early feedback and ensure alignment with Program Increment (PI) objectives.
  • Maintain a backlog that maximizes value while minimizing costs, ensuring features are scoped accurately with input from architecture, security, development, and UX.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all product functionalities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Product Management Team in preparing the features/enablers backlog for upcoming PIs.
  • Lead the definition phase to establish the delivery backlog.
  • Oversee the requirements baseline for the product.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in agile methodologies; familiarity with SAFe is advantageous.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation capabilities, and experience in drafting user stories and technical requirements.
  • Proficient in presenting and demonstrating software functionalities from a user perspective.
  • Background in software development is a plus.
  • Experience in laboratory workflows, healthcare, or biomedical engineering is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is highly recommended.

Tools and Technologies

  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools (MIRO).
