- _Manage customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction._
- _Develop customer loyalty programs and incentives to retain customers._
Office located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (presential work)|Important fashion brand for men
- 3-4 years of experience in the same role (CRM or Digital departament)
- Valorable experience managing an important business budget (+20M€)
- English high level is essential (C1 and up)
- Very valuable experience working in retail sector
