Are you ready to work as **_TA Representative SWE_** in PepsiCo?

Talent Acq Supervisor SWE provides transactional support to recruiters (frontline, HQ, Global Business Services and him/herself). The person will manage some campus activitions, recruitments from L8+, hiring campaigns, market mapping and project management.

**_Your day to day with us:

- Build a strong working relationships with PepsiCo hiring managers, HRBP's, and TA colleagues locally and from GBS to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results (Time to Find, Time to Accept, diversity indicators, system accuracy, etc)
- Lead recruitment processes for L8+ roles for BU
- Develop a strong sourcing strategy to identify passive talent for both current and pipeline needs aligned with Strategic Workforce Planning. Maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent
- Stay up-to-date of external trends and extract relevant data from different sources to build the sourcing narratives, including market and competitors intelligence
- Consolidate the Campus strategy by collaborating with the center of excellence (CoE) team and your peers in the other european Business Units
- Project management as diversity initiatives, onboarding, internal & external events, etc.
- Leverage recruiting technology resources daily: LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Hired Score

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**_
What do you need to succeed?_**
- Deep experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on direct talent sourcing & Employer branding
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian & English
- Project Management capability
- Ability to deal with complexity and hands on approach to get things done
- A lot of ideas and ready to innovate
