About the roleJoin AkzoNobel, a global leader in coatings operating in over 150 countries, as a Customer Service Representative supporting our Spanish Yacht coatings business.
Coordinate internal sales activitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, quotations, and queriesProcess orders promptly using our SAP systemManage invoice and credit control proceduresResolve customer order questions and issuesBuild product and customer knowledge to identify solutions for customer needsUpdate and maintain accurate recordsWork safely and efficiently About you- 3 - 4 years previous experience in a customer service department or similar client-facing role
- Experience in an export business
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP
- High level of Spanish and English (Italian is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards
