Bridge for Billions, recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Ashoka, and Acumen, has worked with more than 100 organizations such as Coca-Cola, Novartis, VISA, and institutions such as the United Nations or IDB Lab in the development of large-scale entrepreneurship programs. In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
**JOB MISSION**
Jump aboard as our Senior Business Development Manager At Bridge for Billions, we're setting the stage for a global entrepreneurial transformation, and we want you to be a pivotal part of this journey. More than just forging new relationships, you'll be diving deep into the EU market, especially focusing on fostering partnerships and joint fundraising with local entrepreneurship organizations in Spain and Italy that emphasize supporting Migrant entrepreneurs. Alongside our Business Development Directors, you'll help steer our sales direction and strategy. By balancing a vision for the broader horizon with attention to intricate details, your role will be crucial in ensuring our sales processes are sharp, responsive, and efficient.
**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- Support the formulation and execution of the Business Development strategy, aligning it closely with company objectives.
- Engage in, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our sales benchmarks.
- Delve deep into performance metrics, gleaning insights that help refine and sharpen our sales approaches.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, weaving strategies that resonate across departments.
- Seek opportunities to better our sales processes, while also fostering an environment of continual learning within the sales team.
- Use CRM systems adeptly, ensuring that sales data is consistently accurate and insights are readily available.
- Forge and nurture relationships with a range of stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for our brand and mission.
**REQUIREMENTS**

**Experience & Track Record**:
- A minimum of 3 years in Business Development/Sales, ideally in startup settings.
- A solid track record of maneuvering and succeeding in intricate B2B sales landscapes.
- A deep understanding or familiarity with the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
- Proven prowess in consultative selling, focusing more on services rather than products.
**Technical Proficiency & Analytical Prowess**:
- Proficient in the use of CRMs, coupled with an understanding of marketing automation tools.
- Ability to dissect sales data, pinpointing areas of opportunity and refinement.
- Skills to aid remote sales teams and strategies that penetrate large accounts effectively.
**Operational & Strategic Mastery**:
- Demonstrated ability in implementing sales techniques that bolster revenue goals.
- Skills in drafting sales compensation structures that motivate and reward.
- Aptitude for communicating complex ideas crisply in a rapidly evolving setting.
**Communication & Management**:
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a huge plus.
- Stellar communication capabilities, adept at liaising with a range of stakeholders.
- Skilled in juggling various tasks, ensuring all are progressing smoothly.
