The institution is committed to providing its students with exceptional learning opportunities and career-oriented growth programs.Business Development Manager – Western & Northern Europe Location:Barcelona Spain (Already having a valid Work Permit)About the Role The Business Development Manager (Western & Northern Europe) will lead expansion and student recruitment initiatives across key European markets, focusing on agency partnerships and institutional collaborations. This role involves promoting programs to prospective partners and ensuring consistent student enrolments through professional relationship management and strategic market development.Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen partnerships witheducation agents, schools, universities, and consultantsacross the Western and Eastern Europe The candidate should possess an existing network or database of active education agencies from the region and be capable of delivering student numbers from the first month of joining. Identify and onboardnew agency partnersto expand the regional student pipeline. Generatehigh-quality student leadsfor international programs through active market engagement. Collaborate withlocal and regional stakeholdersto increase visibility and outreach. Conducttraining sessions, webinars and information eventsto equip agents and partners with updated product knowledge. Coordinate with internaladmissions, marketing and support teamsfor smooth lead processing and conversion. Maintain aCRM databasefor agents, students, and partners. Maintain and updateregional performance reports , track leads, and ensure follow-ups. Attendeducation fairs, agent summits and recruitment eventsacross the region. Providemarket intelligence and competitor analysisto support strategic decision-making.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree(Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, or International Education. 3–5 years’ experiencein student recruitment or business development in theeducation sector . Strongexisting network of agentsor institutions in Western or Eastern Europe. ExcellentEnglish communication ; fluency in any regional language is advantage Ability to workindependently and target-driven . Willingness totravel frequentlyacross the region.
