Our client, a leading international specialist in industrial components, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Spain. This is a high-impact role for a commercial leader who thrives on building relationships, opening new markets, and delivering sustainable profitability across multiple territories.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across Spanish and European markets
Conduct quarterly business reviews to uncover growth opportunities
Deliver Commercial Excellence
Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to optimise margins
Feed customer insights into product development and innovation initiatives
5+ years in business development or sales within fasteners, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
~ Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing complex B2 B deals
~ Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and develop market-specific approaches
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (D365 experience advantageous)
~ Fluent English (written and spoken)
Cross-border commercial experience and cultural adaptability
Technical understanding of fasteners or industrial components
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
Autonomy – Operate independently with senior-level collaboration
