This opportunity is a 6 month paid internship that will be scheduled 40 hours each week. The internship has the potential to become a full time job.

Your responsibilities*
- Organise the office and assist associates in ways that optimise procedures.
- Guarantee compliance with executing occupational risk prevention regulations.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents.
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments with office suppliers.
- Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary (water, stationery items, computers, wifi...).
- Control the office expenses and try to optimise them.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and departments.
- Helping coordinating the timetable of receptionist and office cleaner.
- Covers reception upon occasion.
- Assists with organising events/travels when necessary.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in Spanish and good level of English)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent Customer Care Skills;
- Team player
- Reliable
