Reporting the Director of Academic quality your duties will be:

- Manage office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and ordering supplies.
- Assist in preparation of pre-examination and post-examination sessions.
- Assist to the team during the examination sessions.
- Provide support in producing letters and other correspondence.
- Assist in the collection/collation of data or information needed in the preparation of reports.
- Assist in preparation of the academic boards.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.

International College|Permanent position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to listen and communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
