At ABCDx we are creating the future of point-of-care brain injury diagnostics by turning smartphones into medical devices. By pioneering the ability to decode chemical messages of the brain (brain biomarkers), we developed a clinically validated method to detect brain injury using just a single blood drop.

As we are building our team in Barcelona, we are looking for a hybrid profile as Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join us on our adventure. Your mission will be to cover many of the operational needs of an early-stage health tech startup, coordinating several diverse tasks/projects with a significant responsibility for key processes. You will be working closely with the leadership team taking off tasks from their shoulders as well as be the responsible for promoting a thriving office culture and positive experience for everyone: onboarding new people, organising events and generally creating an optimal environment for people to do their best work.

**What you need to reach your full potential**
- Have a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree
- Have at least 3 years of experience in an executive support, business assistant and/or office management role
- Are tech-savvy with a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Office 365
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish. French and German are a plus.

- Office Management: Nurturing the office culture with your warm spirit, ensure new hires are set up for start (desk, hardware, etc.), create and maintain a kitchen area, tracking inventories, ensure ABCDx’ workspace is kept organized and presentable,.
- Managing the logistics and administrative issues of the company (IT, telecoms, mail,...)
- Event Management: Screening of Start-up events and prizes and maximize participation, as well as organization of regular events, such as the Annual Meeting
- Community Management: (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter...) Updating our website and feed our social media channels with life
- Managing basic finance & accounting tasks, always trying to automatize and optimize as much as possible (Centralize all invoices, receipts and bank operations, budget preparation, review invoices for payment approval, make purchases for the team and track delivery, manage payments to vendors, etc.)
- Providing support to Executives with other projects/tasks on an adhoc basis
