Amosan Petrochemicals es un grupo internacional, especializado en la investigación, desarrollo y fabricación de tratamientos químicos para mantenimiento del motor.


Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un Key Account Manager para la gestión de España y Portugal, con experiencia previa en el desarrollo del mercado Automotive Aftermarket Parts .


Tendrá la misión de desarrollar el mercado español y portugués:

  1. Identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  2. Desarrollo del plan de ventas cuantitativo y cualitativo, con el objetivo de conseguir el volumen de ventas fijado.
  3. Diseño de planes estratégicos para cada cliente.
  4. Desarrollo y crecimiento del mercado Automotive Aftermarket Parts.
  5. Realizar y presentar ofertas técnico-comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes dentro del sector.
  6. Inicio y desarrollo de las negociaciones con los grupos y grandes cuentas del sector.
  7. Dirección del equipo comercial y del proyecto.
  8. Captación de clientes y desarrollo de las ventas.
  9. Análisis de las necesidades de los clientes.
  10. Evaluación de las tendencias, oportunidades de negocio y movimientos empresariales detectados en el mercado mencionado, para la toma de decisiones en la planificación estratégica de la compañía.

Requisitos:

  1. Pasión por el mundo del motor.
  2. Conocimiento y experiencia previa en el mercado Automotive Aftermarket Parts.
  3. Experiencia previa en negociación con los grupos y grandes cuentas del sector.
  4. Habilidades de comunicación y negociación, dentro del sector mencionado.
  5. Habilidades comerciales sobre el terreno.
  6. Prospección de mercado y puerta fría.
  7. Habilidades de liderazgo, para la gestión del equipo comercial.
  8. Orientación 100% a resultados.
  9. Proactividad.
  10. Capacidad para viajar por España y Portugal.

Te proponemos:

  1. Contrato indefinido.
  2. Salario fijo + variable por consecución de objetivos, según valía aportada.
