In-Room Dining Manager

Job Summary: SLS Barcelona seeks an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join their pre-opening team. The successful candidate will direct the operations of In-Room Dining services, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm, sincere and engaging service to guests
• Ensure delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit
• Oversee daily operations of In-Room Dining service
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance In-Room Dining
• Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
• Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service
Requirements:
• Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurants management
• +3 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Problem solving & decision making skills; analytical and highly detail oriented
• Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation
• Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of attention to detail
