Key Responsibilities:

As the In-Room Dining Manager at SLS Barcelona, you will be responsible for directing the operations of the In-Room Dining services, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. This includes providing warm and engaging service, ensuring the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit, and overseeing the daily operations of the in-room dining service.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced In-Room Dining Manager with a degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management, and at least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. You should have problem-solving and decision-making skills, be analytical and detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of living the company's values. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
