Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our clients' IT infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Maintain Network Infrastructure: Ensure the smooth operation of our clients' network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Identify and Resolve Network Issues: Proactively identify and resolve network-related problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer expert-level technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and systems.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other teams, including engineering, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration, support, or engineering, with a strong background in network protocols, devices, and technologies.
- Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
