Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team. As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing technical services for infrastructure and communications in a managed services framework for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other L3 infrastructure engineers to work on project tasks for new platforms, solutions, and locations, as well as improving existing ones and modifying architecture.
  • Work with manufacturers to evaluate new technologies (PoCs).
  • Be a technical expert in your area of expertise.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science.
  • At least 8 years of experience in support and design of communication networks and infrastructure, both on-premise and cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of complex TCP/IP network architecture, LAN, Campus, WAN, WIFI (Aruba, Extreme), SDWAN (SilverPeak, Aruba, Meraki), multifabricant routing and switching (Cisco, Arista), software-defined networking (SDN), and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Experience and knowledge in designing and managing networks and services with Aruba Central, and access control with Aruba Clearpass.
  • Experience with network design and optimization tools (Ekahau) is valued.
  • Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (Scrum) and DevOps.
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (Python), automation (Ansible, Terraform).

Language Skills

  • Spanish: Fluent.
  • English: Fluent.

Certifications

  • Certifications in related technologies, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Architect Expert, AWS Certified: Solutions Architect Associate, Aruba Product Specialist Central (APSC), Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions (ECMS1 ECMS2), Ekahau ECSE Design, CCNP, and advanced technical certifications like CCIE.
