We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Management Architect to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Adoption, Change and Service Management practice, you will play a critical role in managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding Customer/Partner Technical Environment: Gather insights from a broad range of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and business sponsors, to shape and form project definitions and ongoing execution.
- Architecture Design and Deployment: Leverage a structured approach to architecture projects using existing methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, or Iterative, to propose and develop new solutions that scale across multiple customers and partners.
- Practice Development: Generate new and/or improve existing intellectual property, connecting gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes and identify opportunities for reuse.
- Trusted Advisor: Develop a network of internal and external relationships with senior-level decision makers to build influence and address problems or blockers.
- Thought Leadership: Lead virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges, sharing ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input with technical teams, internal communities, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
