About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aeronautical Technical Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our aeronautical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service before and after sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, to ensure seamless operation of our aeronautical systems.
- Collaborate with our sales team to build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities in the aeronautical industry.
- Perform worldwide mission flights, providing necessary technical support in the field to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with our Product team to provide feedback and contribute to the development of new products and technologies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and customer interactions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide training and technical expertise to end-users and international partners to ensure they are equipped to operate our systems effectively.
- Perform mission analysis and debriefings to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer operating skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of technical support or related experience in the aeronautical or similar industry.
- Desirable knowledge of manned and unmanned aircraft systems, including fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
- Advanced English language proficiency is a must for effective communication with international clients and partners.
- Methodical and organized approach to work.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
- Autonomy and responsibility in decision-making.
- Capacity to take on new challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
