We develop and market cutting-edge solutions for emergency, security, defense, and aerospace applications.

As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
You will collaborate with our sales team to build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
You will perform worldwide mission flights, providing necessary technical support in the field.
You will work with our Product team to provide feedback and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
You will maintain accurate records of technical support activities and customer interactions.
You will provide training and technical expertise to end-users and international partners.
You will perform mission analysis and debriefings to improve customer operating skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of technical support or related experience in the aeronautical or similar industry.
- Desirable knowledge of manned and unmanned aircraft systems, including fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
Advanced English level is a must: It is the day-by-day language for engaging international providers and customers.
