Managed Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer - Managed Services to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our managed services team, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive support to our clients' IT infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage client infrastructure and solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and problems, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests, and escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in network administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, devices, and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
