Security Managed Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Managed Services Engineer to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure the security and integrity of their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Incident Response: Proactively monitor and respond to security incidents, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Technical Support: Provide second-level technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues.
- Change Management: Execute changes to client systems, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.
- Knowledge Management: Capture and document knowledge gained from incident response and technical support activities, contributing to the development of our knowledge base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including automation and project teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing.
- Certifications: CCNA certification is a must, CCNP in Security or PCNSE certification is good to have.
- Experience: Moderate level of relevant managed services experience handling Security Infrastructure.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, ticketing tools, and experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties.
