Digital HR Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital HR Specialist to join our team at De Heus. As a key member of our global HR organization, you will play a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of our HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Workday in Iberia, overseeing project coordination, data migration, and quality checks.
- Support country SMEs in Iberia, providing expert guidance on HRIS and Workday configuration.
- Manage core data and data quality, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement new HR processes and functionalities, collaborating with AMS partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate relationships with external partners, IT, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in a global network of Digital HR Specialists, sharing best practices and expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree.
- Fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese desirable.
- Familiarity with HR processes and payroll.
- Proven experience in HR Technology.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong project and change management skills.
