We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Ooh de Lally. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing the transformation of our HRIS environment with the implementation of Workday.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Oversee the implementation of Workday in Iberia, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Data Management: Lead the data stream for Iberia, responsible for data migration, quality checks, and job mapping.
- Architecture and Configuration: Collaborate with the architecture team to design and configure Workday, ensuring seamless integration with payroll systems.
- Support and Consultation: Provide expert support and consultation to country SMEs in Iberia, ensuring they are equipped to manage Workday effectively.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operation of Workday in Iberia, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Identify stakeholder needs and gather business requirements for new functionalities, collaborating with AMS partners for configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Core Data Management: Oversee core data and data quality management, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
- Digital Process Ownership: Own and manage various Workday modules, including performance and talent, learning, HCM, engagement, reporting, and more.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate relationships with stakeholders, external partners, IT, and suppliers, ensuring their needs and wishes are met.
- Community Building: Participate in a global network of Digital HR Specialists, contributing to community building and knowledge sharing.
- Operational Challenges: Identify and solve operational challenges, maintaining and building interfaces between Workday and payroll providers.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, with a strong desire to learn Portuguese.
- HR and IT Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and payroll, with a strong affinity for HR and IT.
- Analytical and Project Management Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in project and change management.
- International HR Experience: Knowledge and experience in international HR applications, with a strong understanding of global HR best practices.
