Job Title: Digital HR Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital HR Specialist to join our team at De Heus. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HRIS system, Workday, and providing support to our global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Workday for our Iberia region, ensuring seamless data migration and quality checks.
- Lead the data stream process, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide overall support for Workday implementation, including architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support country SMEs in Iberia, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Maintain and support HRIS queries and tickets from within the Iberia region.
- Identify stakeholder needs and project manage new functionalities, collaborating with AMS partners for configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Manage core data and data quality, building reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Act as a digital process owner for various Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Coordinate relationships with stakeholders, external partners, IT, and suppliers to meet their needs and priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree.
- Fluent in Spanish, with desirable proficiency in Portuguese.
- Familiarity with HR processes and payroll.
- Proven experience in HR Technology.
- Strong affinity with HR and IT.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Work experience in HR Technology.
- Knowledge and experience in international HR applications.
