HR Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Representative to join our Global Workforce Operations team in Spain. This is a temporary contract of 6 months, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality support to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness.
- Evaluate and analyze employee requests and concerns, quickly interpreting the situation and determining the appropriate resolution.
- Serve as the primary country HR support for employees in the Solutions group division based in Spain.
- Provide HR guidance and partnership to site management, resolving employment relations matters with managers and employees.
- Support engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management.
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency and understand when to escalate issues.
- Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion.
- Spanish and English language proficiency (verbal and written).
