HR and Payroll Specialist

Denodo Technologies, Inc. is a leader in data management, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our global Payroll & Compensation team as an HR & Payroll Trainee.
Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to support our payroll and labor management processes. As an HR & Payroll Trainee, you will assist in processing payroll, preparing employment contracts, and managing employee databases. You will also participate in ongoing projects aimed at continuous improvement within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection and final verification.
- Support the preparation and review of employment contracts, employee onboarding, terminations, and contract modifications.
- Help manage payroll-related issues such as overtime, leave, and absences.
- Maintain and update employee databases and records.
- Assist in creating reports and conducting labor cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in preparing documentation for internal audits.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
- Proficient with Excel and Google sheets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail when working within tight deadlines.
