Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital HR Implementation Specialist to join our team at De Heus. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our HRIS system, Workday, across the Iberia region.
Key Responsibilities
- Project coordinate the implementation of Workday in Iberia, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Lead the data stream for Iberia, responsible for data migration, quality checks, and job mapping.
- Provide overall support in architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday in Iberia.
- Support and consult country SMEs in Iberia on HRIS-related matters.
- Maintain and support HRIS queries and tickets from within the Iberia region.
- Identify stakeholder needs and project manage new functionalities, such as absence management and recruitment.
- Manage core data and data quality, building reports and preparing analytics as needed.
- Act as the digital process owner for various Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Coordinate relationships with stakeholders, external partners, IT, and suppliers to meet their needs and priorities.
- Participate in a global network of Digital HR Specialists, contributing to community building and knowledge sharing.
- Solve operational challenges and maintain interfaces between Workday and payroll providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree.
- Fluent in Spanish, with a strong desire to learn Portuguese.
- Familiarity with HR processes and payroll.
- Proven experience in HR Technology.
- Strong affinity with HR and IT.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Work experience in HR Technology.
- Knowledge and experience in international HR applications.
