Digital Transformation HR Specialist

• As a key member of the Ooh De Lally team, you will be part of a global network of Digital HR Specialists, implementing and managing Workday in the Iberia region.
• In this role, you will lead the project coordination for Workday implementation in Iberia, focusing on data migration, data quality checks, and job mapping.
• You will also provide overall support in architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment during the implementation of Workday in Iberia, as well as maintenance and day-to-day support for HRIS questions and tickets from the Iberia region.
• A strong communicator with analytical skills, you will identify stakeholder needs and manage project requirements, collaborating with AMS partners for configuration, testing, and implementing new functionalities and HR processes.
• You will be responsible for managing core data and data quality management, as well as building reports and preparing analytics.
• As a Digital Process Owner of Workday modules, you will coordinate relationships with stakeholders, external partners, IT, and suppliers with respect to their wishes and needs, functional changes, priorities, and implementations.
• You will be part of a global network of Digital HR Specialists, building a community and providing back-up where needed, as well as solving operational challenges and maintaining/building interfaces between Workday and payroll providers.
• To be successful in this role, you will have a strong affinity with HR and IT, with a proven experience in the field of HR Technology and a strong project and change management skills.
• You will be required to have a fluent command of Spanish and English, with Portuguese language skills being a plus.
