Key Responsibilities- Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to identify potential issues and errors.
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests.
- Execute approved maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes.
- Follow established handover procedures to ensure service continuity.
- Report and escalate incidents as necessary.
- Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization and process improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across different cultures and social groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a pressurized environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of network management and monitoring tools, such as SecureCRT and Logic Monitor.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing.
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
