Institutional Client Service Specialist

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, renowned for its innovative approach to financial services. As an Institutional Client Servicing Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our Institutional business.
Working closely with our teams, you will ensure that clients receive exceptional support and that transactions and processes run smoothly and safely on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer-related requests via email, chat, or call, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client queries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Work closely with front office teams to deliver outstanding customer service, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios, driving business growth and revenue.
This is a fast-paced and demanding role, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure. All work will be conducted in English, both written and verbal.
The successful candidate will be:
- Driven, with a strong desire to provide exceptional service to clients.
- A strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal fluency in English (and French as an advantage).
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
