The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Institutional Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Client Servicing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, acting as a liaison between front office, clients, and back office teams. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer-related requests, collaborating with internal departments to solve client queries, and identifying upsell opportunities in existing client portfolios.
Responsibilities- Resolve customer-related requests via email, chat, or call

We are looking for a driven, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is essential, with French being an advantage. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to multitask, prioritize workload, and demonstrate attention to detail.
