Institutional Client Servicing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Institutional Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Ebury. As a key member of our Institutional Client Servicing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues
- Provide timely and effective communication to clients via email, chat, or call
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ebury's products and services
- Work closely with front office teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proactive, driven, and able to multitask with ease.
