Key Responsibilities- Support clients and act as a liaison between front office, clients, and back office teams.
- Resolve customer-related requests via email, chat, or call and collaborate with multiple internal departments to solve client queries.
- Collaborate with front office teams to provide great customer service and identify upsell opportunities in existing client portfolios.
- Driven, with a strong desire to provide a high level of service to clients.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (and French as an advantage).
- Proactive, fast learning, and able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
