The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Analyst to join our Institutional Client Servicing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and transactions run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients through email, chat, or call, resolving their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client queries and ensure seamless communication.
  • Work closely with front office teams to provide outstanding customer service and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer-related issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Fluency in English (and French as an advantage), with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive and driven, with a strong desire to provide exceptional service to clients.
