Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and transaction processing
  • Resolve customer queries via email, chat, or call, and work with multiple departments to find solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell existing client portfolios
Requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in English (French an advantage)
  • Proactive and fast learning with excellent attention to detail
