The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Servicing Analyst to join our Ebury Institutional team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, collaborating with internal departments to resolve client queries, and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of client-related requests via email, chat, or call
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to resolve client queries and improve overall client experience
  • Work closely with front office teams to ensure seamless client service and support
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional client service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Fluency in English (and French as an asset)
