Client Servicing Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our Institutional Client Servicing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients and act as a liaison between front office, clients, and back office teams
- Resolve customer-related requests via email, chat, or call
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to solve client queries
- Identify upsell opportunities in existing client portfolio
- Driven, with the desire to provide a high level of service to clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal fluency in English (and French as an advantage)
- Proactive and fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
- Diligent, with excellent attention to detail
