About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Renewal Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Renewals Center, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and maximizing the value of our cloud solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans to increase revenue retention and growth.
  • Drive cloud revenues through improved renewal rates, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain close working relationships with regional business teams to support customers and corporate functions.
  • Provide end-to-end renewal execution support, including commercial negotiation and deal management.
  • Act as an intermediary for internal SAP teams, including Deals Desk, Legal, and GTM.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and another EMEA language.
  • 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or cloud renewals, selling or delivering consulting services, managing complex customer engagements, or commercial experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
