We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Post-Production Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects from setup to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Postproducer and Supervisors to set up, maintain, and wrap up projects.
  • Organize and attend daily reviews to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and update the production database to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating approval sessions and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Oversee the submission and delivery of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in coordinating animation/VFX/Advertising projects in an established international facility.
  • Strong understanding of CG production pipelines and post-production workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work under pressure.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant scheduling, budgeting, and workflow software.
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team, with the ability to mentor junior post-production staff.
