Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Bold Valuable Tech, SA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing processes, from production planning to quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process to ensure that products meet our high standards and customer expectations.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and logistics to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Maintenance and Operations: Oversee the maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, reducing downtime and maintaining continuous production.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of the company by providing insights and forecasts related to manufacturing capabilities, capacity planning, and market demands.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that our products meet or exceed their requirements.
- Education: CFGS (or HND equivalent in UK), Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional work experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: High degree of proactivity in problem-solving at an individual level and managing interactions with other team members.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain logistics, from procurement of raw materials to product delivery, to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Quality Control: Familiarity with quality control processes, standards, and systems to ensure product excellence.
- Manufacturing Technology: Strong understanding of the manufacturing technology, machinery, and processes relevant to the industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise between different departments, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.
