- Academic Background: Engineer Degree or similar.
- Industrial Experience: Previous position in an operational industrial environment, leading a team.
- Key Skills: Industrial Management, Processes for industrials E2E, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, Configuration & Change Management, Lean Management Tools, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, Supply Chain/Quality processes, and Team Management.
