About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Ecommerce team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to end-user clients through inbound and outbound phone calls and chats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing incoming sales opportunities to achieve revenue, profitability, and short-term sales objectives.
  • Proactively performing outbound calls to new and existing customers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Assisting customers with order placement, providing product information, and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Following up on leads generated by the Customer Service Team or other departments, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Providing an excellent customer experience from the initial call to sale closure, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate call logs, reports, and documentation as required, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal departments and external businesses, addressing customer issues and escalating when necessary.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a Sales Support or similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Native/Fluent German language skills (any additional European language is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a highly persuasive approach and motivation to close sales.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Ability to identify and respond to sales opportunities, demonstrating a proactive sales approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with Lenovo's product portfolio through training workshops and materials.
