Job Title: Inside Sales Account Representative Ecommerce With German

As an Inside Sales Account Representative Ecommerce with Lenovo, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.

You will be the champion of the innovative power of our products, driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
  • Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear situation on the current client portfolio
  • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risk of churn and build an appropriate action plan
  • Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience
  • Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Must be ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and possess sound phone skills
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment
  • Native/Fluent German and business English, any additional European language is a plus
