Job Title: German Sales Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled German Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to engage with potential advertisers and persuade them to incorporate our marketing products into their current strategies. As a German Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating customer databases with complete information
  • Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones
  • Recording outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
  • Ensuring customer follow-up at all times
  • Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies for our own products or services
  • Handling customer needs and requirements
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience
What We Offer:

We offer a full-time position (39 hours/week) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona. The salary is 25,330€ gross/year, plus up to 4,470€ gross/year. We also offer a permanent contract, referral program, relocation package support, intense sales training, and a permanent presence of coaches for personal and professional development.
