German Speaking Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven German Speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
About the Role:As a German Speaking Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote and sell our services, helping to expand our customer base while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively reach out to potential customers to present our services
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of customer information
- Record call history and customer responses with detailed notes
- Follow up with customers consistently to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor competitors and develop effective sales strategies
- Address customer needs and inquiries, providing top-tier support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German with fluent English
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outbound roles
- CRM experience for efficient customer management
- Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently, yet thrive in a team setting
- Business acumen with a knack for assessing various business models
- Customer-focused attitude, aiming to deliver an exceptional experience
We offer a competitive salary, plus performance bonuses, with earnings up to €31,800 gross/year. You will also enjoy a hybrid working model, with a mix of office and remote work in beautiful Barcelona. Additionally, you will receive a relocation package, including a flight ticket and accommodation in a private studio, as well as health support and professional development opportunities.
