At Dynatrace, we're on a mission to make the world's software work perfectly. As a German Speaking Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our market-leading products across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new logo acquisitions and build sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations.
  • Be creative and strategic with your sales approach, leveraging tools like Sales Nav, Outreach, and Salesloft.
  • Qualify inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars, and build sales pipeline accordingly.
  • Gather sales intelligence around customers' situations, needs, issues, and decision processes.
  • Ensure quality data on prospects is updated and maintained within Salesforce.
  • Become fully immersed with Dynatrace's products and its value add to customers, leveraging our position against competitors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
Requirements:
  • Native-level German skills required.
  • Prior experience of Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment.
  • Able to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects.
  • A driven, ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Can build effective internal working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
