Business Development Representative - German Speaking

At Recruitment Direct, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the German-speaking market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
Requirements:
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
