Job Title: German Business Developer Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing services. We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Business Developer Representative to join our team.

About the Role

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving sales growth through various outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on our services and solutions.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of German.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
