We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Business Development Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for new leads in the German market, focusing on toy and game retailers, military stores, tattoo shops, model stores, and other relevant businesses.
  • Make cold calls to potential customers, building relationships and convincing them to consider our products.
  • Follow up with leads who have received samples, negotiating and closing deals to stock our products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including making over 50 calls per day, booking 12 appointments per week, and having over 8 hours of conversations per week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
  • C1 or fluent German language skills.
  • B2 English language skills.
  • Proven cold calling experience.
