Business Development Representative - German-speaking

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outbound sales efforts, engaging with potential customers, and promoting Google Cloud solutions across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas and maintain daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Educate prospective customers on Google Cloud solutions and align them with business needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails, establish rapport, and qualify leads.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM to ensure clarity and continuity in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators and sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a quota-driven, phone-based environment.
